The Dude Is Selling His Vineyard Estate

11 May, 2016

New shit must have come to light, Jeff Bridges is selling his sprawling 19.5-acre Californian vineyard estate for $23.5m. Considering the fact the first owner was Kenny Loggins, maybe shortly after moving in your career will also hit a new high.

The palatial property, located in the Montecito foothills in Santa Barbara, was put on the market last year with an asking price of $29.5m, with the asking price now reduced by some 20%.
Known as Villa Santa Lucia, the gated property was built in 1988 and boasts a long driveway that crosses a stream before reaching the Tuscan-inspired six-bed main house. The estate also boast a 1,800-square-foot guesthouse, a guest cottage and a detached theater/recording studio lie within the sprawling grounds. Exterior features include a natural pond, terraces with ocean views, a roof deck and a swimming pool and spa.

Jeff Bridges bought the house more than two decades ago from Grammy-winning musician Kenny Loggins for slightly less than $7 million, according to reports by the LA Times.
The house is backed by a terraced slope planted with grape vines, however it is not thought that Bridge's harvests these grapes to produce wine.

Don't even think of trying to lowball Jeff either...
