Westin Mai Tai

Add crushed ice into a a snifter glass
Put slices of lemons, limes and oranges (rines removed) into a shaker
Muddle
Add sour mix made with lemon, lime and sugar into glass
Add coconut rum , orange liqueur, and light rum into a shaker
Shake
Float dark rum on top
Garnish with 2 pineapple leaves
