Vincent’s Ruin

.25 oz Simple Syrup
.5 oz Elderflower Liqueur
.75 oz Lemon Juice
2 oz Bourbon
7 drops Lemon Bitters
Absinthe
Lemon Peel
Sphere of Ice
Lemon Zest

Add a sphere of ice to glass and coat the inside of the glass with two drops of Absinthe. Shake other ingredients in martini shaker. Pour and garnish with lemon zest.

    The recipe should read 3/4 oz lemon not 1 oz lemon. Rock on.
