1/3 oz Bourbon Maple Syrup
Old-fashioned bitters

Fill a glass with ice and pour an ounce of gin followed by an ounce of Crown Royal Canadian Whiskey, a splash of sweet vermouth, a 1/3 of an ounce of bourbon maple syrup, and a drop of old fashion bitters. Shake and pour into a martini glass, garnish with a candied salmon.
