3 Lime Wedges
3/4 oz Simple Syrup
2 oz Monkey Rum (substitute for a normal spiced rum until Monkey Rum becomes available)
5 Mint Leaves
GARNISH: Blueberries and mint leaf
PREPARATION: Take three lime wedges and place them with ¾ oz of simple syrup (once you’ve tried this, you can adjust the amount of sugar depending on how sweet you like your drinks). Add mint and blueberries and muddle to bring the entire aroma out of your spices. You should now have a juice with a purplish color in your glass, take a nice smell! We’re half way there! Continue by adding the two ounces of MONKEY rum. Shake it hard with ice to release even more flavor, and serve it in a long drink glass filled with crushed ice.
The color is a sexy with purple veins; the perfume is strongly dominated by the fruits. The
drink is pretty thick, but very tasty and well-balanced.
