Absinthe
1.5 oz Fresh Orange Juice
1.5 oz Gin
Homemade Grenadine
Brandy Soaked Cherry

Start by chilling some glasses with ice then pour in some Absinthe (about enough to cover the ice). Then in a separate glass pour an ounce and a half of freshly squeezed orange juice, an ounce and a half of gin, and some homemade grenadine. Remove the absinthe (due to absinthe’s intense taste, it is often used to coat glasses and ice). Shake, then double strain as you pour to remove excess ice. Garnish with a brandy soaked cherry.
