Sparkling Water
Add a tablespoon of sugar to chilled glasses. Add sour mash whiskey. Muddle mint with a knife. Add a scoop of ice and mix. Add more ice then top off with equal parts of whiskey and sparkling water. Garnish with mint and twist of lemon. Finish with a sprinkle of sugar on top.
