The Most Dangerous Drink Known to Man

Absinthe
Tarragon and Meyer Lemon infused Gin
Pine Needle Infused Brandy
St. Germain
Club Soda

Fill a rocks glass with ice then fill with a little bit of absinthe and spin and let sit. In a shaker stir together tarragon and meyer lemon infused gin, St. Germain, and pine needle infused brandy. Pour out the absinthe and pour your mixture into the same glass with ice. Top off with club soda.

    Sounds good except for the “pour out the absinthe” part.

      Absinthe has such a strong presence it’s often “painted” in a glass rather than added in any measured amount. If you want to conserve your absinthe supply, I’d say, add ice to the glass, and mix the rest of the drink in a tin while it chills. Add a splash of absinthe to the glass, “paint it” by moving the glass circularly quickly, then throwing in your mix from your tin.
