Drip water over a sugar cube on a slotted spoon into a glass of absinthe
Once it gets cloudy, it’s ready to drink
Stir with slotted spoon and drink

all this time I have been pouring the absinthe over the suger into a cup of ice…. no wonder i was doing it wrong but it still did the trick….
