Russian Sochi Absinthe Method
In a separate glass combine orange juice and some angostura bitters
In another glass, paint the inside of the glass with absinthe (swirl around to coat the glass)
Light inside of glass on fire
Pour flaming concoction into the orange juice glass
Trap the vapors of the glass that had the absinthe in it, with a cloth
Poke straw into glass, keeping the cloth around it and suck the vapor through straw.
While still inhaling, drink the orange juice/absinthe mixture

After some of the worst and terrible tasting Absinthe experiences, I saw the episode and decided to give the green fairy another chance. My friend and I tried it the ol’ russian way, and WOW, I have had a change of heart in regards to Absinthe. That was soooooo delicious. Thamks for teaching us the right way.
