Everything is being fried nowadays. There exist fried Twinkies, fried Snickers, fried butter, fried [insert something awesome here], etc. Your name it they have probably tried to fry it. So why not beer? Well there is the obviously problem of beer being a liquid, but Mark Zamble overcame this obstacle with his creation for the Big Tex Choice Awards at the Texas State Fair. After many attempts he created a way to deep fry beer by surrounding the beverage in a ravioli type package.
This snack may only be for novelty purposes however since the beer comes out warm, stale, and literally explodes in your mouth.
