Even in this economy booze is an important part of the average american budget, for some now more than ever. How important? For every $100 dollar we spend on everything else $1 dollar goes towards alcohol.
How we spend that $1 has changed significantly over the years according to a new study. The findings show most alcohol expenditure has moved towards restaurants and bars rather than retail for home use.
